Tired of the same boring old shakes, every day???
I was too!
I found myself in a constant rut! ...Always ending up with the same boring shake.
I also was wanting to lose weight - and my cravings were getting the best of me :(
So I decided to challenge myself to take all my favorite flavors and those of my readers and turn them into a delicious and tasty protein shakes -
My goals were to make each shake less than 350 calories AND of course - Taste great! And I believe I knocked it out of the park!!!
